I tend to enjoy ‘magic‘ rooms and was really keen to try Sens3s in PANiQ Room, given the quality of their escape rooms. Some people think that ‘magic’ is a silly theme, overused and an easy way for designers to include whatever puzzles they want in a room (as anything can fit in a ‘magic house’). I prefer to think of it is an opportunity for out of the box thinking and creativity. PANiQ Room took this opportunity to do something different and included a lot of unexpected puzzles and tasks in Sens3s. It’s slightly on the creepy side, but what a fun room!

Players start in a visit to the house of Mr. Magician, and in a blink, ta-dah! You are locked in. Or is he locked inside your mind? Whatever happened, it’s no good and you have to get out – or have your senses twisted forever.

Do you want some challenge? Or actually, a LOT of challenges? Go for this room. Abandoned Military Bunker on The Rocks has as many puzzles as letters in its name. This room is spacious and can comfortably host a big group of 6-8 people, who will be busy because there’s a lot to do and to search for.

Pá and I recharged our batteries after failing Supercell 117 and came back to try this room. Our mission was to get into a military bunker and find confidential documents for the government. The problem is that there was a bomb in the venue, which would blow everything up (documents and yourselves included) in one hour! Yeah, we called the rescue team, but it was more than one hour away. So we’d better find the documents and learn how to disarm a bomb FAST!

Supercell 117 may seem to have a similar start to other “prison break” rooms. I was locked in the dark by myself again.  I could hear my heart and touch things around. There is a bunk bed here, and a toilet. But it does not work.

I yelled to Trapspringer, who was incarcerated somewhere else in that prison. There were metallic sounds coming from his side. When the light came on, we saw how elaborate this place would be. That’s how we started a great escape room, but our biggest failure of all time!
