Before we started Bodies, our third room at Escape Rome, our gamemaster Daniel asked us two questions: “Are you afraid of the dark?” and “Can you think like a madman?”. As my sincere answers to these questions were “a bit” and “I hope not!”, I could foresee some difficult times ahead. Thankfully Trapspringer was by my side. He’s not a madman at all, but at least he’s fine in dark places!

  • Basic Italian or English
  • A team member with good eyesight

As a forensics based game, CSI requires methodical searching. You start your game in an office with simple furniture, shelves and the normal equipment you find in a place like this. Do not rush and look at everything. Make sure a person in the group has eagle eyes, they will come handy!

Escape Rome gave us quite a challenge in this escape room although a lot of the difficulty was of our own making! Continue reading “Escape Rome: CSI [Review]”

And what could be more appropriate than facing the challenge of a Vatican-themed escape room?

We had one hour to explore the room of puritan priest Father Fabiano, who was said to be one of the main holders of the Secret of the Vatican. What sort of things will we find before he returns?
